At Heberle Packing Company we do things right! We only add lean beef and pork trimmings when processing your deer into sausage and specialty products. We pride ourselves in producing top quality deer products with outstanding taste.

DEER PROCESSING PRICING

Deer Skinning and Processing $100.00

(Processing includes: steaks, roasts, and burger)

- Beef for Burger add $3.50/lb.

- Pork for Burger add $3.00/lb.

Processing Only $90.00

Skinning and Cooling $40.00

Field Dressing - Extra $25.00

Deer Sausage (Available for extra charge*)

All processed deer must be picked up within 10 days after deer season (except for deer sausage). A $10.00 weekly storage fee will be added for those who don't comply.

Deer Bologna $3.75/lb.

Deer Cheddar Bologna $4.00/lb.

Deer Jalapeno/Cheddar Bologna $4.00/lb.

Deer Bratwurst $3.00/lb.

Deer Jerky $5.00/lb.

Deer Hot Sticks $4.15/lb.

Deer Summer Sausage $4.00/lb.

Deer - Made Into All Sausage $150.00

(Includes $100.00 for processing, $50.00 for deposit on sausage.)

MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF DROP OFF.

Pricing Example:

10 lb. of Deer + 10 lb. of Pork = 20 lb. of Sausage

20 lb. of Sausage x $4.00 lb. = $80.00 + tax

*We gladly accept lean, clean deer trim to make into the various sausages. We do require a 10 lb. minimum on all sausages and a $50 deposit at time of drop off.

Allow 1 to 8 months for all sausage processing.
